Occupational Therapist (Full time or Part time)
Location: Maclean, Coffs Harbour and Casino

As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll support clients across the lifespan through a mix of in-clinic and community-based work, delivering assessments and interventions that promote independence, participation, and wellbeing.
You’ll be backed by regular supervision, peer mentoring, and ongoing professional development through our internal training programs. Requirements:
Degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration.
Experience working with individuals with disability, neurodivergence, or mental health needs preferred.
Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative multidisciplinary team.Current driver’s licence,
NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
Allied Health Assistants (Part time or Casual)
Location: Maclean and Coffs Harbour
Join a warm, multidisciplinary team where every day looks a little different. As an Allied Health Assistant, you’ll work alongside psychologists, occupational therapists, and behaviour support practitioners to help clients build independence, confidence, and everyday life skills. One day you might be supporting a client with cooking or budgeting, the next you’re helping them practice social or emotional regulation skills in the community.
You’ll receive regular supervision and mentoring from experienced clinicians and access ongoing internal training to build your professional toolkit. We value staff wellbeing — enjoy birthday leave, a massage chair, and a fully stocked staff kitchen while working in a supportive, down-to-earth environment that genuinely cares for both clients and team members.
Requirements:
Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance, Disability, Community Services, or similar; or completion of at least two years of an allied health, nursing, or teaching degree.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Reliable, professional, and able to follow clinical direction.Current driver’s licence and reliable transport.
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain).
Speech Pathologist (Full time or Part time)
Location: Maclean, Coffs Harbour, and Casino
Join a supportive and fun multidisciplinary team where you’ll make a real difference every day. As a Speech Pathologist, you’ll deliver meaningful communication and feeding interventions for both children and adults — from helping a child find their first words to supporting adults in building confidence after injury or illness.
Your week will balance in-clinic sessions, community visits, and collaborative work with psychologists and OTs. You’ll receive ongoing supervision, structured internal training, and access to wellbeing perks that make our culture stand out — think massage chair breaks, birthday leave, and a fully stocked kitchen for those mid-day pick-me-ups.
Requirements:
Degree in Speech Pathology and current membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
Experience in paediatric or disability settings desirable.
Excellent interpersonal, documentation, and collaboration skills.
Current driver’s licence.
NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
