Current Assessments

The assessment process can seem daunting, but there's no need to worry — our team will support you through every step.

Submit your referral by clicking the button below.
Referral review. Once received, your referral will be assessed by one of our clinicians.
Further information (if needed). If we need anything else, one of our team will be in touch.
Assessment schedule. Our assessment team will determine which assessments are required. Once the schedule is finalised, our admin team will send you a quote and service agreement to sign, and will call to answer any questions you may have.
Sign and book. Once you've signed the service agreement, our bookings team will contact you to arrange your appointments.
Complete your appointments. After your assessment appointments are complete, your clinician will write the final report.
Report delivery. Once the report is finalised and any invoices are paid, your report will be emailed to you.
Feedback session (optional). If you'd like to book a feedback session, our team can help arrange this.

No, we will invoice you (or your plan) in stages after each appointment. The final payment will include the report writing segment and then your report will be released.
Getting started is simple. Simply fill out the referral form and our team will walk you through the rest.
Every assessment is different — the appointment types, tools and clinicians involved vary depending on what's being assessed. Because of this, we're not able to provide a set price in advance.
Once we've received your referral, we'll review it and send you a quote for approval before any work begins.
