How do assessments work?

Submit a referral
Chose the relevant assessment and pick the best way to access

Review and allocation
Once received, your referral will be assessed by one of our clinicians and will send you a quote and service agreement to sign

Scheduling
Once you've signed the service agreement, our bookings team will contact you to schedule your appointments.

Report Writing
After your assessment appointments are complete, your clinician will write the final report.

Report delivery
Once the report is finalised and any invoices are paid, your report will be emailed to you. If you'd like to book a feedback session, our team can help arrange this.

No, we will invoice you (or your plan) in stages after each appointment. The final payment will include the report writing segment and then your report will be released.

Getting started is simple. Simply fill out the referral form and our team will walk you through the rest.

Every assessment is different — the appointment types, tools and clinicians involved vary depending on what's being assessed. Because of this, we're not able to provide a set price in advance.
Once we've received your referral, we'll review it and send you a quote for approval before any work begins.

Our Assessment team will have a quote and service agreement back to you within 48hrs.
Once you have signed this agreement we can book your appointments straight away. Normally our bookings team will make contact within 24-48hrs.
