NDIS
If you're an NDIS participant, support coordinator, plan manager or referrer, please submit a referral using our referral form. Include as much detail as you can about the person's needs and preferred service, and our team will be in touch to arrange next steps.
Medicare / GP Referral / Private-paying
If you're accessing our services through a GP referral or Mental Health Treatment Plan, send us a message using our contact form and we'll be in touch to organise your appointment.
